Surfingggggggggg. Nak tercabut dada rasanya. 24 hrs kena dongak dada ke atas semasa melakukan "Paddling". Senior aku cakap aku kena training lebih sikit kat tangan, muscle tak cukup nak paddling. hahha you're right! I'm totally muscle-less.

HIP-HOP ABS with Yana. Phewwww. I want my former abs...sedikit buncit dan berlemak...tak kental seperti dulu zaman suka berjoging. Sumpah best aku habaq hang. Tak rugi kalau hampa cuba. Sebelum ni dah pernah cuba macam-macam workouts, so far this is the best that I've ever tried. 2nd goes to Core Rhytm, next Hotpants Workout. Teringat hip-hop class masa kat Maizuru dulu...hampir sama kot!
malam:
dah letih satu badan..hahahahha.surrender....and sleep early.
makanan:
jangan ambik karbohidrat berlebihan. waaaaaaaaa. Nasi Jepun sedap...how?
