univ festival's eve

This weekend is gonna be hard yet interesting since we will be having our university's festival. We'll be promoting our beloved country by selling 3 marvelous menus; Roti Canai, Roti Jala and Sate. I was asked to be the person incharged in making curry to be sold with Roti canai and also roti jala. While Zaza is incharge of making the roti jala as well. Before preparing, we've had our dinner at Gusto Family restaurant(malas nak masak).

and Maguro(Tuna) Steak set for the main dish.

Then, straight away headed back to our home and started our job by preparing the ingredients first(onion, ginger, garlic, spices, chicken). We've kept up with the cooking stuff until 2:00 a.m.


By the way, today's sky was simply remarkable!
